We understand that plans can change, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as expected. To keep everything fair and transparent, please review our policy below.
Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled, the amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

In cases where a refund to the original payment method is approved, a 3% bank processing fee will be deducted to cover bank charges.

Refund processing time may take 4 to 12 working days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

If our delivery team is unable to reach the recipient for address confirmation, the order will be rescheduled for the next available delivery slot. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Orders placed for non-serviceable locations may be redirected to a nearby serviceable address whenever possible. If such an order is cancelled, the full order value will be provided as store credit.
Returns & Replacements

Quality Concerns: Once a quality issue is reported and verified, customers may choose one of the following options:

Replacement Delivery

Replacement deliveries are scheduled for the next available delivery slot, depending on the time the request is received and the delivery emirate.
