Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as expected. To keep everything fair and transparent, please review our policy below.

Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled, the amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

  • In cases where a refund to the original payment method is approved, a 3% bank processing fee will be deducted to cover bank charges.

  • Refund processing time may take 4 to 12 working days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

  • If our delivery team is unable to reach the recipient for address confirmation, the order will be rescheduled for the next available delivery slot. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Orders placed for non-serviceable locations may be redirected to a nearby serviceable address whenever possible. If such an order is cancelled, the full order value will be provided as store credit.

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we are always happy to help if there is an issue with your order.

  • Quality Concerns: Once a quality issue is reported and verified, customers may choose one of the following options:

    • A replacement product

    • An alternative item of equal value

    • A refund, where applicable

  • Quantity Issues: If any item is missing from your order, a replacement or partial refund will be arranged after verification.

Replacement Delivery

  • Replacement deliveries are scheduled for the next available delivery slot, depending on the time the request is received and the delivery emirate.

  • We always do our best to ensure replacement orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
